Support Worker (male*)
£8.00 / hour, Part Time 16 hours per week

We are looking for enthusiastic team members to join our Personalised Support team, working in small groups and on a one to one basis.

The post holder will commit to working shifts across the week (including evenings and weekends),  working in the community both on a one to one basis and with small groups as well as short breaks.

This is a demanding but very rewarding role which requires flexibility and commitment.

You must hold  a minimum NVQ Level 3 in Social Care, or equivalent (or willingness to work towards), have experience working with children / adults with learning disabilities / other needs and be able to demonstrate commitment and values in providing high quality support in a person centred manner. Experience of working on a one to one basis with people with autism would be an advantage.

With an office based in Wallsend, you will work as part of our Personalised Support team, supporting people with learning disabilities and other needs across the North of Tyne area.
